You enjoy your meal as it sounds delicious. Not too sure what's for my tea but probably some shit in a tray microwavable meal from out of the freezer to be honest DW.乂^◡^乂
I don't cook dinner on Sunday night. It's a YOYO night....(You're On Your Own).... works for me. lol
Hehe, snap! I'd of ordered a takeaway in but we ordered pizza in last night. There was a phase last year when we was eating takeaways 24/7 rather than going food shopping so now we try not order them two nights bouncing. 乂^◡^乂
I would eat out every evening if my husband would, but he likes home cooking best.
Your chicken sounds amazing. Slaw on about any sandwich is my go to. Sweet tangy crunch. Cut the richness and gives that texture, love it love it.
Tonight, i go to the freezer. Chili over fried potatoes with sharp white ceddar and scallions
Slow cooking a chicken. Crock pot style. Started at 3am. Should be perfect around 6pm. Will start preparing the coleslaw and making the ciabatta rolls around 5:20pm. Pretty simple recipe. Place chunks of slow cooked chicken on ciabatta roll. Top sandwich with cole slaw. Dip sandwich in the broth that is left while eating. Finish with rocky road icecream. :)
Oh my, I did the same thing! not really because I made a fancy lunch but for dinner rolled leftover chicken strips in tortilla with leftover coleslaw. Great minds and all that!
For lunch I made savory chicken tart. Onions and celery seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme; dice roasted chicken seasoned with tarragon; and diced gruyere and fontina cheeses all tossed and baked in a crust of puff pastry. It rocked.
Oh that sounds wonderful.
Last night my oldest daughter & her fiancee took me out for dinner. I had chicken with beans & rice.
