Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Westchester, anywhere the 'rich and famous' spend more for one car than a working class family earns in three years.
We spent one day in Detroit, and would have gotten robbed, but a cop was watching the guy and when we turned around he had him on the ground. lol That was too close for comfort.
I know. We've never been back. lol
I didn't feel safe in New Orleans....nothing happened but there were some very unsavory people walking around.
Crime can happen anywhere, I guess.
I had a first yesterday. I was putting my groceries in my car when a lady approached me, she looked to be about 55, heavy set. She apologized for asking me, but she said she was pregnant....she didn't look pregnant, just overweight, hadn't eaten and was very hungry, could I give her some money. I handed her a box of Cheerios....lol but she said she didn't have any milk. lol If she was very hungry she could have eaten Cheerios dry. lol I didn't argue with her, I put the Cheerios back in my sack and gave her $5.00. I then asked her if she was gonna use it for alcohol or drugs...and she assured me she wasn't. That she was going right in the store and buy some food.
After I thought about it, I wished I had taken her in the store and bought her some groceries.... if she denied that request then I would have known she was just want drug money.
Oh well, I was glad to give her the money, no matter what she used it for, hopefully she told me the truth, if not, I'll never know.
I usually give those people along the roadside when I can get stopped, but we don't have many panhandlers around where I live, so I was somewhat surprised when she approached me.
No particular order:
1. I know all conservatives will cliche'ly answer LA (the only city that has everything in it ever) because they hate fun but I will inversely bring up Houston
Houston has all the bad parts of LA and none of the good. It's like if you took LA and sucked out all the theme parks, the art, the hot lesbians, the conventions, the beaches, the glamour, the good food, the diversity, the laid back humor, the pretty mountains, the wacky tourist spots, and the weed and left only the pollution, crime, violence, big business, confusing freeways, and
Once upon atime, houston had one reason to bring me there, and that was Astroworld, then they tore it down and replaced it with an ugly pile of dirt. Seriously, they didn't bother to replace it with ANYTHING. Just removed everything and left it a pile of crap.
I mean if someone right now said "come lets go to Houston, don't worry about the money, sure I'd go because I hate sitting around the Northeast all year and like looking at palm trees. But that's about it.
2. Dubai: I have no interest in being raped thank you. Or arrested for kissing girls (come on they are sooo sexier than men, especially fat bearded men with turbins). That place is a dystopia masked as a vacation spot.
3. -Hong Kong- wait they built a Disneyland so that changes everything
3. Cheyenne Wy
Nuff said. only go to pay respects and zip off down to Denver, a much nicer place
4. Amarillo Texas
Another Texas city. This place has a reputation for being anti punk rock to the worst degree culminating in Brian Deneke's murder and his killer getting off scott free
5. East St. Louis, Il
I don't wanna die
6. Indiana: I been there before and enjoyed it, but I hesitate giving money to a state that sponsors religious fronted bigotry
Besides gay free prom WTF are you the date nazi? State sponsored bigotry ftw! Maybe schools are indoctrinating people after all....into straight uber alles
But to be fair I'd go there but just not give any business to homophobic companies or I'd go in and just throw all the toilet paper in the toilet like i do at chic fil a and hobby lobby then write a nasty message on the wall or draw a big dick because apparently I'm 12 and find that hilarious. (hint to cover your tracks always complain about the nasty bathroom in a very convincing voice then storm out like you have too much dignity to eat here)
Too many people from there message me on FB and try to get me to marry them somehow. Weird.....
8. Salt Lake City
Too many Stepford smiling mormons for my taste http://www.sltrib.com/csp/media...YPE=image/jpeg
9. Every Dictatorship
I'll save the time and mold them into one they are interchangeable anyway. Ho hum big guy loves power has tiny dick move along.
10. Archer City Texas
I have never seen a bigger hive of scum and villany in my life!
I like Salt Lake City.
Indiana isn't like what you think. Governor Pence is what caused all of that, we Hoosiers don't think that way at all. In fact our state was in an uproar when he was Governor. And now, he's VP....good grief what was people thinking.
Not everybody in Westchester is rich, far from the majority
I have no desire to go to Europe or the Middle East.
I have no desire to go to Europe. but thanks for the info.
Hello! I understand that this is your opinion and that's sweet but you talk about Europe as if it's a country, you do realise that there is so many diverse cultures and traditions! It legit it like comparing the US to Japan, there is so many diversity so that's why it gets on my nerves when people (usually Americans) speak about Europe as if it's a country.
There is so many major countries in Europe like: England, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Germany, parts of Russia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, France, Greece, Turkey, Poland etc. I just can't see how you'd actually think the way you are.
I have no desire to go to Europe, if you want to go, go, that's fine with me. But there's nothing there that I have any desire to see or visit.
Fair enough, I can see your pov.
Why LA? any think you can find in other cities you can find in the LA area, ANYTHING at all!
Chicago: Murder capital of the nation. Anchorage: Way too cold. Paterson N.J.:Too many gangs hanging out in the street. Buffalo NY: It's become almost a ghost town.
Anchorage, in the summer,is just like Anywhere, USA. They say that Alaska is only a 15 minute drive from Anchorage
Yeah, it's probably great in July.
California. Too bad too. I was there once on business - the climate is really pleasant. The people are certifiable however, and way too many.
No desire to go out side of the UNITED STATES....so many things that I havnt seen in and so many great people that I havnt had the pleasure of meeting.Granted that there are great beach resorts,Cruise line opportunities as well as fine people but we have that all here and then some as well.
democrat run states, the middle east, japan, saskatchewan, etc
Most countries in the Africa continent. Turkey. Jamaica.and Probably Brasil.
Don't really feel the need to explore Dubai, or really any country which abuses women. (SAdly, that's really everywhere to varying degrees)
