My mother just had her top teeth pulled.
They had to file down the bone. She has stitches all the way around.
Can only take tylenol because of her kidneys. She is just taking it.
Tough old bird......
I reckon its the old, what doesnt kill you, adage.
She has been dealing with psoriatic arthritis since the late 70's. She seldom complains. I admire that
I would have to agree..
And we will continue to tell younger people that.
We have become resigned to our reality John....
Experience is a good teacher!
Yes... Some are.
I guess they've been through so much, what's a little more.
Not all of them, there was this old lady where I worked at shoprite who couldn't bag her stuff but wanted everything soooo specific that it wound up being one item per bag
She was tough enough to get you to do it her way.....
There you go........;)
Tellin" ya, old people are tough as nails...
Oh gosh those people are such a pain in the brain. I usually tell the bagger to just get it all into one bag if possible.
If you ever knew anyone from "the greatest generation", you know how tough those people were.
You are right there Philly my grandparents all died at home because they were too tough to go to hospital for little things like death.
Well I hope my boss gets that way when he gets older. I have surgery...he gets a cold and is calling me to write out his will He is only 35 btw, just three years younger than me.
You are both just younguns
Well thank ya
They must be. It is awful to be old
Getting old ain't so bad, especially when you consider the alternative.
yes true. I wonder if old really old people simply want to die to be done with the hardships.
No, the ones i know, do not
