I don't usually go to a dollar store, but they do have some cool things that I can't find anywhere else.
If you need sponges...
Cool like the other side of the pillow.
Dollar stores are awesome! Especially when they go into a small town where the one store that sells groceries, and the one store that sells a few automotive supplies and the one store that sells socks and shirts, no long have a monopoly. Competition is good.
I usually find them cool, usually able to grab some small items you might of wanted. Like pens of note pads or something small and useful.
If they really are a 'cheap' store.
Well, Dollar Tree is surely cool. During my visit to Oklahoma, I went there a lot. They didn't always have everything, but they had a lot of stuff. There were varieties of pasta, canned sauce (like Hunt's tomato sauce), varieties of bread (white bread, wholewheat bread, "Philly steak" bread, etc.), mustard, ketchup, canned food (including canned beans), rice, fruit juices, varieties of cheese, hot-dog sausage, surprisingly good instantaneous mashed potatoes (you just boil water, mix it in, and voilà), interesting varieties of frozen food (including tamales -- I didn't even know what it was, but I liked it), pizza discs, big bags of yummy potato chips, gloves, scarves, and other convenient stuff.
omg, I miss it... :P
Cause everything is a dollar.
