That law is abused in michigan , too.
Once your property is seized, there is no getting it back.
Even when you are exonerated.
Abuse of power, it is, it is.....
I'm not sure I understand.
That's a horrible law.
Many states are guilty of this. Just look it up, there are many stories like this.
The worst part is the fact that 81% that have had things taken by the police are never charged. Not being charged and not getting your things back is, in my mind, criminal behavior from the police.
Well this does not shock me about the state of Indiana.
No wonder they all eat out a lot here
