I was looking for a birthday card for an old friend and I came across this question. I buy some of my own clothes, but my wife probably buys more than I do. I'm not much into trying to be Mr GQ.
Women generally have to take control of that...I have yet to know a guy (unless gay) who knows what "cool" looks like.
I think that picture supports your comment. Ha!
Ha ha... You know...it's not like men are stupid...I think (my POV) mostly...men fear and are afraid of being called gay...so much so that they mentally block anything that can be related to clothes, fashion, colour co-ordination and looking smart.
Interesting. I suppose that could have an influence with many men. From my experience, most women just have a better eye for style and the patience to find what they want. Maybe it's a portion of both?
Certainly...and there could even be more circumstances or influences affecting the relationship of style and fashion for men.
About patience? I dunno. Men, like anyone, can have unlimited patience to shop for what they really want.
Like, who picked out your partner's diamond engagement ring...
I don't know what my main point is...but it's a fun question...
I picked out my wife's diamond ring, but that's a lot easier than clothes to me.
So if you spent as much time in picking out a t-shirt...you'd do fine.
Everytime you pick out jeans...try on at least 10.
I've seen what some gay men wear. I'll stick to buying my own clothes.
I know what to purchase that would look good on you... And please...untuck that t-shirt.
Did you think I'd dress you gay? Please...that's not what clothes are about. :)
LOL.... I just wear the classic black suit to work.
I've been missing our COL...
My husband hated to shop for clothes. If I hadn't done it for him, he would have been in rags.
I do. Preferably over the internet, but I'll go to a mall when I need to.
The women mostly.
We all buy our own clothes. Who knows what we would end up with if we didn't.
I can buy jeans and t-shirts on my own, but anything more then I usually find someone to help
i buy my own clothes
