Are you kidding me? The statement "anyone under FBI investigation should not be president" is a general statement that can be applied to both people. I believe this about person A but I don't believe the same about person B is not, necessarily, hypocritical.

Nothing wrong with an investigation. The difference is that the investigation of Clinton led to an admission by the FBI that she literally deleted over 30,000 emails many of which were work related after being subpoenaed. 30 of the emails recovered by the FBI involved the Benghazi attack.
