Do you honestly think, that I have ever had an idea?
Since you show money in the picture, I assume you're talking about a restaurant recipe? I can't tell you much about what recipes you should serve, but I can tell you that restaurant cooking is not like cooking at home.
At home, you throw in a little bit of this, a pinch of that, and cook it until it seems right. In a restaurant, everything is measured and timed, because you want the dish to be exactly the same every time someone orders it, no matter which chef cooks it. Producing a consistent product is essential in the restaurant business, because customers develop expectations of what a dish tastes like and how it's presented, and you want to always satisfy those expectations. They need to get the experience they came for.
