If you look at the Travel Trends Index cited by the article, the most recent public report says:

"CTI reading of 50.7 in September 2017 shows that travel to or within the U.S. grew 1.4% in
September 2017 compared to September 2016."

And bear in mind, this was a year with 2 hurricanes, not something that's good for the travel industry, and yet, travel grew every month this year.

They're talking about the August Travel Trends Report revising estimates from the July TTR. The quote I shared was from the Sept TTR ( https://www.ustravel.org/system...s_Sep_2017.pdf ) which is the latest one posted on their site, so presumably it contains the latest numbers they're willing to share with the public.

Again, there were 2 hurricanes this year, that's a huge blow to the travel industry, yet, according to the report...

"The Current Travel Index (CTI) has registered at or above the 50 mark for 93 straight months, as the industry nears its ninth consecutive year of expansion."

Those of us who voted for Trump figured that this is what would happen. Now he needs to cut off the entitlements given away to illegals at taxpayer's expense. The reduction of illegals is a great start to righting this country.

At the very least I would hope that those businesses that get the drop to 20% taxation would be required to conduct their business in America to enjoy those cuts.

I still wish they would make it provision in the bin. I'd feel a lot better about it if they did it.

Be more suspicious of executive orders that are mandated on the population.

If it is true that is great news. We do need to stop illegal immigration. It also means we can save money by not building a border wall.

Yeah, and so are his approval ratings.

Does it really matter? Our birth rate is so low, that we need immigration. And face it, we're not going to be able to "round up and deport" all the people here illegally. So let's just throw open the border, and do away with requirements for legal immigration. You make it here, you're a successful immigrant. But commit a serious crime, and we ship you to the worse hellhole country we can find - no matter where you came from.
