I like egg whites...scrambled...
Over easy, and sometimes scrambled with tomato, cheese and bacon.
Sunday I will be making deviled eggs for Easter dinner.
Scrambled with lots of butter and cheese...or fried....or hard boiled...or deviled eggs
Scrambled, fried, or hard-boiled.
Basted with bacon grease, over easy or deviled, with a big side of ham.
All of the above and pickled eggs are really good....I even cold smoke hard boiled eggs.
I've never had a pickled egg...or a smoked one...
I've had the feeling that they might be easily contaminated? Or something.
