I've just watched a show critizing people on mispronouncing some regular words. Now, if you're not Italian, why would you be expected to know how to pronounce bruschetta, in the Italian manner?

We, here in Canada, find it charming when ppl mispronunce some words, we are EAGER to help, why can't Europe, etc., take a page out of OUR book, instead of expecting us to conform to their way? Is it a case of snobbery? I ask you.
