That song brings up some sad memories for me.
Thanks. Unresolved issued with my Dad.

That's really a heartbreaking song.
First of all, I know.... This whole song is in Finnish and therefore much better encrypted than Enigma ever was, but I will try to offer you a translation. It may or may not rhyme properly, but the basic idea behind it still should be intact. At least, I try to keep the rhythm the same. Humor and death go together sometimes quite well... At least over here.
"The evening gets darker, as am I,
the Sun is going down, my bladder not fine,
but I've come so far, with hell of a pace,
the final straight of the race...
A sip of beer used to make me laugh,
now crying like a baby, when hearing the loons,
on steps of sauna, I'm swallowing air,
when I recall the times so fair...
I used to be so wild and crazy,
now all I have is a bowl for daisies,
the women are laughing, the kids are cruel,
bones so fragile and hair out of fuel,
the music has gone and no wine to be had,
my eyelids are down and this time for bad.
Soon, you well get to carry granpa last time,
bring me flowers on my grave, that's fine."
