Oh pain. I hated that series....let it stay in the past. lol
Haha, again her laugh will resonate in the soul of all Americans.
lol Not mine. lol I won't be watching. I never could see anything funny in a dysfunctional grubby family like that one.
Pffft, the show evokes fear out of me because I see similarities between their family and mine at times.
Yawn. John Goodman is worth a look, but not Roseanne.
I like her but my neighbour really likes her...and she is comfortable. Good enough for me.
I always thought Goodman and Gilbert were entertaining, but didn't care much for the show. I might check out the revival just to see if it is any better if they pull it all together.
I actually liked watching the youngest daughter Darlene making wisecracks at everybody else's expense.
What's funny too, is that last night I watched a rerun of a Johnny Carson Tonight Show from 1985 where Roseanne Barr was the standup comic act on stage that night (before anybody knew who Roseanne Barr was). She wasn't very funny either, but everybody's sense of humor is different, I guess.
And I almost forgot to mention, there was a young actor on that show, George Clooney, who has had a very successful career (much better than any of the others on the show).
