I like a burger to fit in my mouth...and one that doesn't slop. A neat burger...
Keep forgetting about those things!! :)
It's a semple day...
Are you talking about a burger?
Too funny Nowlost.
All good burgers start with good beef.
One smothered in BBQ, cheese, and lots and lots of Bacon...I just recently started eating hamburger but not often.
Juicy and flavorful!
Something high quality and tasty that doesn't destroy my daily nutritional intake guidelines by nuking it with a fat or sodium overdose.
I miss Fuddruckers. Ever heard of that place? That was a good burger to me.
Haven't heard that name in a while.
There used to be a couple around here but they closed down a few years ago....I was heartbroken. I honestly think their hamburger buns were better than the actual hamburger.
If you're cooking them on a grill, you want more fat. In a frying pan, more lean. Don't over-cook; leave just a little pink in the middle. I like to stuff them; for instance, cheddar and bacon or sometimes blue cheese in the middle. I don't like ketsup on a burger and prefer mayo. Grill your onions and you need lettuce or spinach and a tomato as toppings.
I've used feta and jalapenos too. How did you get the accent mark over the letter "n" in "jalepeno?
~n N~ Oh well, my keyboard won't do it. Thanks anyway.
Yum.... Do you bbq in the winter, even?
Yes, It makes for a lot less clean up and I find that meat is a bit tastier.
Jer...I've been finding out that I like a lot of pink in the middle of my steaks...(frying them)...but I find them chewy....
They're probably chewy because you fry instead of broil or BBQ. Try a sirloin. 7 minutes on each side BBQ or Broiled. Preferably BBQ.
I've heard that place is pretty amazing......never been to one.
Good ground beef to begin with, a white roll or Kaiser roll. Lots of Vermont cheddar cheese and sauteed onion and mushroom with ketchup.
Good beef, only needs salt and pepper.
Then whatever floats your boat.
Mayo, onions, green pepper and mushroom.....kinda messy, but oh, sooo goood
A neat hamburger that doesn't fall apart when you try to eat it.
That is key for me.
