Oh that was truly heartbreaking. How could anyone take the life of these animals and still sleep at night. I don't understand why they did move them to somewhere else.
I agree, that is heartbreaking.
Oh they shouldn't die because there will always be one person out there that cares.
I ain't got time for that. He ain't living in my house and I ain't living in his.
You are most welcome and Thank You for bring a voice to those that can't speak for themselves.
I don't care what happens to people I very much do care about endangered animals.
This is horrid.
This is outrageous. I'm glad they're under investigation. This is just another reason why these animals should have never been taken from their natural habitat in the first place.
I know they should stay in the forrest but humans still kill and destroy the only places they have to live in the wild. How about adopting people rather than animals, if they get killed people, not a big loss. Too many people are killing animals for food or growing food. Eat your own darn children!
"Euthanized"? That isn't what it sounds like to me, from what I've read or heard about this very, very sad happening.
People can acquire these 'exotic' animals far too easily, seems to me. I suspect the individuals who killed all those animals under their care had other choices, that they didn't follow up on. That's what it sounds like, from what I've read about it.
And I agreed with your one word title, for the most part. The people who owned the so-called "sanctuary" said the animals under their care were too old to move and had too many health issues to be relocated.
Yet, they were trying to move to move them to another location, and blamed not being able to on killing all their animals.
I don't know for sure why they did it, but the explanations just don't sound right, at all .
WTF? What the actual fuck is wrong with people?
I wouldn't have been Lion down on this, I couldn't Bear it.
If the information in the article is correct, it seems that the owners had other options to relocate them but chose to euthanize them to make a point. If true, it's a horrible way to treat animals :(
