Seems hardly worth the time or chase,

And oozing sweat will ring your bells.
Seriously no...I probably won't turn it on tomorrow either
Do some pushups LP, it's the best single exercise / workout you can get in the shortest amount of time. If you incorporate some sit-ups and burpees into it, you'll be shocked at how quickly your body shape changes. You don't even need to do that many, just small combinations of each.
Or better yet, get yourself a standing boxing bag
I used to have a standing boxing bag but I don't anymore. It was great exercise.
It's cathartic ;)
