Bugs has to be in my favorities list.
This is a No Guilt Zone. Watch cartoons whenever you want (no excuses necessary).
One of my personal favs from Bugs...

I love the old Warner Brothers cartoons!
Me too, they are the best.
You're all about speed, aren't you?
I've always been partial to Pluto. He always tried so hard to be good and brave - but was always silly instead.
Mmm naked duck
Is that of all the cartoons or just the 3 in the picture?
Personally I liked Bart more than Homer, of course without Homer, you wouldn't have Bart. But there are a lot of good ones to choose from.
Ooh la la ;)
I don't have one. I like them, but I never grew up with them...
I always liked Wilma Flinstone.
She was always very good, but never got enough focus... also I have wondered if Wilma might of been inspiration for Lois Griffin.
Very possibly! I first became familiar with her voice, Jean Vander Pyl, on various old-time radio programs. (She was the radio voice of the mother on "Father Knows Best".)
He sure is interesting!
Every family cartoon needs a diabolical baby. Stewie's character is more purposeful though.
His snide personality and the unresolved question of who can / can't understand him have allowed McFarland to deeply plot in mostly taboo, almost forbidden areas of comedy. No other writer could safely go there, but fans expect it from Stewie. He's the linchpin...
I agree, Stewie, Peter, and BrIan all are very much needed in different ways.
Though right now I keep thinking about Family Guy as the adult modern day version of the Flintstones. They don't have a Meg, Chris, Betty Rubble, and maybe no The Great Gazoo (though the family guy flash backs sort of take care of that).
But Brian is sorta like Barney Rubble meets dinno.
Lois and Wilma look almost the same and straight character
Peter and Fred are big guys getting into trouble
Stewie is a much much cooler bamm bamm
True, Louis and Brian provide the requisite responsibility to extinguish Peter and Stewie's fires. lol
One of my favorite episodes where they touch on that is when Peter attempts to obscure the fact that he Stewie got hurt on his watch. So he sets Stewie in the driveway by the car when Lois returns home. Believing she hit him with the car, Lois then attempts to hide it from Peter. Classic...
I don't think there is an official rule book, so I guess everything within reason counts.
Patrick Star....Some days I think we are related
