So it goes...
I don't make any dramatic production over it. But I'll message those that I feel need to be told.
I just leave people wondering. They might think I've gone off to do something interesting but usually I've just pottered off to bed.乂^◡^乂
I've never left, but when I do I'll tell some of my friends goodbye.
Goodbye, blue sky. Bouncy, bouncy! Wicked!
Please tell us why, you had to hide away for so long, soo long?
Where did you play ping pong? 乂^◡^乂
I played ping pong, while hitting the bong,
and at the clash of a gong, I sang a song:
"Ding-dong, the witch is dead! Which old witch? The wicked witch!"
Some of us know how to reach him, but your best bet would be to contact Ser. I think she talks to him quite often.
I'm assuming you mean when you're in someone's home or at an event. I say goodbye. I believe it's rude not to let people know you're going. If you're talking about when you're finished on here, no need to tell anyone.
I say goodbye to people before leaving.
I'm not sure if the same protocol applies to leaving a social media site.
Aside from a few rare exceptions, I've generally told someone when I'm leaving. Can't say that I've always actually said "goodbye", though. :)
I'm gonna go back to being callous. It's easier that way, yeah? : )
We were taught to always say good bye at parties and such. Not letting your host know you are leaving and thank them for a good party would just be considered rude. Some of the hosts never remembered but we did it anyway.
depends on the situation
