Agree .... it's a horrible feeling. Many times it's just a matter of poor wording, not hatefulness.
Exactly poor wording and misunderstanding between the people involved.
I feel very bad when I've hurt someone, but sometimes it just happens.
For sure. Even those few times I've actually wanted to hurt someone with my words, I've sometimes not felt so great about it afterwards.
