You don't control your emotions. You can ignore them, you can decide for yourself if you're going to act on them or not, but you can't control them.
It's possible to lose yourself in the heat
Completely agree. Your thinking controls how you feel. If your constantly thinking negative even though it's hard not to at times, then your going to be depressed. It's all about your mindset and controlling those bad thoughts!
Control is non-existent when it comes to what we think about. We have control as to what we pay heed to and act upon.
