Yes, we have a filtered telescope here. It was very clear and fun to watch, but we only had 65% coverage here in my region.
I got some old negative film strips and put 6 together and it was dark enough to see the eclipse real well.
I glanced, but it was rather sparce.
It's still in progress here in Cleveland area.
taking the glasses off during totality was magical but I don't feel the need to travel to see another one later in my life
We had 72% here in NYC, but it was sunny and light the entire time. If you didn't know there was supposed to be an eclipse, you would think a cloud went over. It was a lot of nothing here.
I did see a bit. However I am looking forward to seeing a full one in 10 years time.
