FLASHBACK 2011: Russia's Secret Weather Weapons Can Kill Millions, Warns Top Russian Politician
I felt inspired to research weather warfare, and in doing so, I found several news articles on this 2011 story, but the Infowars one seems to be the most detailed and balanced, so that's the one I provided a link to. Paul Joseph Watson: "A top Duma political leader caused shock waves in a recent television interview when he warned that Russia could deploy an arsenal of new technology to “destroy any part of the planet” and kill over a hundred million people using secret weather weapons if the United States, the UN or Georgia tried to stop Russia’s entry into the WTO." ... [Maze] I'm not saying I think Russia is necessarily behind the back to back hurricanes hitting the US, hurricanes do occur naturally after all, but the threat has been made, so I think it's an angle to consider. Also, interestingly, the 2011 threat was made over trade, and the US has recently put sanctions on Russia over alleged election interference, a charge Russia denies.
Russkies can kill you with a fart, if they want to. USA has HAARP, but the Russians have pretty much a completely different approach, even though the basic principle is pretty much the same.
Reading the article the Russian said, "Saying that the American government in Washington DC had “no future” and would “collapse." I don't think it has anything to do with their weather machine, but it does appear to be accurate. Democrats clearly are trying to steer America into the ditch and there appears to be a lot of faux republicans willing to help.
The Russian continued - " Zhirinovsky cited Russia’s supremacy in space and stated that the country had, “Lots of money, resources, and new weapons that no one knows about.”
“With them we will destroy any part of the planet within 15 minutes,” he sensationally warned.
“Not an explosion, not a ray burst, not some kind of laser, not lightning, but a quiet and peaceful weapon,”
As bad as Harvey was, if the Russian description of the weapon is accurate,it doesn't seem to have it's signature on Harvey.
I have zero evidence to support my position, but the story sounds more like a plot for a super villain movie than reality.
I almost posted the version from military.com, but the Infowars article was better; more complete and nuanced.
