Well, it wouldn't be friggin phones. I would say spartan food, shelter, and emergency medical care as long as they need it. Not comfortable enough to want to retire there.

Nothing is free for anyone but the air we breath. No matter what it is, somebody pays for it. If I were to name anything : healthcare, clean water as Zonk mentioned, food, etc..., somebody paid for it. That being said, if you receive free stuff you're leeching off of somebody else's hard work.
Many things came to mind when I saw your question, doctorwho...but I think the one thing that would be conducive to all others is truth.
