I've never counted, quite a few.
I have a few around here but had many many when I was doing collision work. Then I had a whole tool box drawer full of different kinds. Retired from that years ago and just have a couple of household hammers now.
I used to have a bunch of them, but since I moved, they are nowhere to be found...
Lets see...Going by memory, i'm not going in the garage.
5 claw hammers, 2 ball peen hammers, 3 or 4 chipping hammers, 1 plastic mallet, i rubber mallet, 4 different size malls, i brass hammer, 2 roofing hammers..
I think that's it, i'm on half a cup of coffee right now, so memory is foggy..
Yea... they have hammers of all kinds
Those are the kind of guys, who like to get properly hammered.
What do you use the chipping hammers for?
Chipping slag from a weld..
Oh, I'm probably one of the worst welders in the world.
My brother has a MIG, but he won't allow me to use it, since according to him, I never get anything done properly.
A few years ago i bought a Mig welder, having never done any welding before, except messing around with stick welding once or twice for a few minutes..
I have a brother that is a good welder too.
He explained to me, how to do it and in about 30 minutes....i had it good enough to get the job done..
That seems to happen when you move or lend them to people!
"Can I borrow that hammer?" "Yeah, sure." "I'm moving to live in Sweden." "Oh, fuck..."
Sumbitch shit! LOL
Four, if I include my hammer drill that has never drilled any hammers.
Actually, I quite like hammer drills. The only real problem I have with them is the screws. When you try to attach something wooden to concrete, you would need a screw that bites both - but it just doesn't happen. That's where my genius is about to come to play. I will fucking invent a screw, that works on anything.
You use screws?...I use high speed duct tape.
Most of the times, I just use the Force.
The Star Wars franchise makes the best educational videos, when it comes to drilling into something.
Okay...You mean like Princess Laid.
Laid? Is that a Freudian slip? Leia... ;o) ;o) Too bad Carrie Fisher just died recently. She was a goofy tit, a great personality.
Carrie Fisher was a great actress. R.I.P.
6 of various types and 2 air nailers.
Oh, I love air nailers. So easy to use. The compressor takes it time, but it's not like I would love to hurry with that sort of a nailgun in the first place...
I have a little air compressor that is easy to carry with one hand, even up a ladder. It takes 5 minutes or so but you save so much time with a nail gun.
Yeah, I fucking hate it, when I mistake my own thumb for a nail, that I'm supposed to hit.
These days, even choosing a proper screwdriver seems like a task to write a book about. Torx is the screw for the job, in most cases, but can I ever find a fucking Torx screwdriver, when I need one... Nope!
That is impressive, Brian.
I didn't even know somebody could own that many hammers. I have three and they are interchangeable in most cases.
Well, I'm just a silly, stupid practitioner of hitting this with blunt objects.
I know professionals know what they are doing.
I don't. I just hit a nail or sometimes click on the ceramic edges.
Oh, you are a writer as well.
My poem book is in the progress, but it's been four years now. :D :D The same as with my first novel, which I still haven't started...
What sort writing do you do?
I don't even know, how to explain my writings. I am probably the worst science fiction / humor fantasy writer ever in the whole wide world. I haven't sold that many copies, probably twenty? And... Uhhmm... I write about completely off-the-tongue stuff, where people do totally absolutely weird stuff and some of them have become cyborgs as well! :D :D I don't find writing silly stuff hard, but obviously it's not good, when it comes to selling stuff.
I'm considering a story about a sailor... The work name is "There Will Be Dragons."
And he goes about, despite what everybody thinks is madness... And he finds an island, where the dinosaurs are still alive and well, after spending millions of years in caves, that helped them to survive and evolve into a new kind of an intelligent being. I'm not certain, where to go with the story yet...
Hopi are actually - believe me on this - one of the few cultures on Earth to have dealt with the "sky people" they mention about. I was working as a 'consultant' meaning I was the liaison officer between NATO and Finland. And I met actual aliens. Different races, stuff you fucking wouldn't believe, and I just... Found it so stupid, when people were off telling me to fuck off, when I told them about the stuff, that I had seen and knew it was real.
MIB are real.
The movies are just silly comedies, with absolutely no relation to the real MIB. Most of them are interdimensional forms resembling humans, but some are more like robots, it varies - ever see a blue flash and there's an older model fifties car, then I'd say you are going to be fucked, B.
:D :D :D
I think you should stick to tractors or motorcycles. :D
Oh, I meant my second novel.
I got the first one out four years ago.
It's in Finnish, I am thinking about writing my second novel in English...
I'm not too bad with this language either...
You got that right.
Even for the native people, we have absolutely no idea, how to write our language properly. I'm a high school graduate, and I have no idea, what the hell can I do with markings. Less in English. I don't know, when I can use a semi-column, I just take a guess.
