Years ago we would eat anything; now we have to know what's in it...

Salt? How much and...what kind of salt... Is it sea salt? Which sweetener is in here? We also check labels like mad...what! Are you freaking kidding me? They used MSG...!

Knowledge is a good thing. But it isn't really appropriate asking questions like that at McDonalds.

I have and always will eat what I want...hasn't killed me yet.

Growing up you realize eating some things is a bad idea that you will for sure be paying for dearly.

Anytime a rat dies, we are told not to eat something because it's bad for us.

I like to know a bit about the contents, especially: salt, sugar, and fats because much of my meals use those three ingredients.
