I love reading the BBC. It always has some articles that are a little off the wall, but interesting too. It's nice to see some creativity in journalism. :)
Probably tastes like chicken.
Looks like a healthy diet to me! :)
adjective, gamier, gamiest.
1. having the tangy flavor or odor of game :
I like the gamy taste of venison.
It's an odd definition, but I guess it would be hard to describe a taste.
I call that cooked.
I would imagine it tastes a lot like alligator which tastes like salty chicken when you deep fry it. :)
Gator meat was the first thing that came to my mind too!
Apparently everything tastes like chicken although the video explains this :) I would imagine ordering ribs through the drive-thru would require a specially modified vehicle :)
banquet hall too
Birds are descendants of dinosaurs, so I'd say dinosaurs taste like poultry. Besides, reptiles tend to taste like chicken.
People have eaten preserved woolly mammoth meat, but they say it tasted rotten and extremely freezer burnt. Even if that was fresh, it would be more like eating an elephant, whatever that would taste like.
Chicken sounds pretty good!
I'd like to have some poetic justice...Raw, please.
From the culinary perspective, I would say that it might taste like some wild bird species (much stronger than domesticated poultry), perhaps like wild turkey or one of the larger, flightless birds:
About the Brontosaurus:
But the meat of brontosaurs could have been unsavoury, like that of the extinct dodo, for instance.
And - if this dino was your pet and/or your means of transportation: YOU'D RATHER NOT EAT IT!
I once ate ostrich meat and was surprised to discover that is was a lot more like beef than any bird I had eaten.
I have heard that before. Seems odd, but I'll go with it. Ha!
Yes, Thinkerbell, that confirms what I heard about it.
Like most, i think, likely, chicken...or, duck...
gamei like wild game phesant - deer rather than domesticated cattle , or birds.A wild turkey will taste very different than domesticated type. As dino became birds I think wild turkey would be very much the same depending upon the state of evolution.
Probably, right. Darker meat and way less fat.
Not sure what it tasted like but i bet it was better than chewing cactus..
Good bet there.🤗
Lettuce, tomatoes, onion and banana peppers....might be edible.
I would NEVER eat my dinosaur!
Me neither, Thinkerbell.
Is that the other white meat? 🤣
Mmmmm ......Need plenty of onions and some barbecue sauce
"No, thanks. I'll have the non carcass option."
ICKY not my wish to eat lizzards
