That's quite odd! I can understand the why to a point but not the how!
I understand they outsource a lot, and those contractors may be tasked with handling reports and suspensions. I just don't get why Jack doesn't have some sort of check in place for high profile accounts, as many politicians and world leaders are Twitting away these days.
How does one "secure" their Twitter accounts?
One would think someone in the government would have contacted companies like Twitter and FB regarding account security long before Trump took office. Obama used both, too, though certainly not with such...abandon, shall we say, as has Trump. One would also think said companies would have done so of their own initiative.
Your original comment seemed to be saying he should have done so as a private citizen, however, and I am unaware of any means for a private citizen to do that.
