What was the most popular slang term the year you were born?

I saw this on MSN and checked it out. Mine is "Hippie", which surprised the crap out of me because it was over a decade later that the term "Hippie" became a description of the Woodstock trend. I was born in 1953 which is usually paired up with the year of the Edsel. Ha!

Drop-Dead, as in drop-dead gorgeous. Nowadays it has a more literal meaning.

In the era that gave rise to the "organization man" and "The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit" comes this corporate-ish term to describe a manager who just can't let things go.

You are too! If you were born in 1941- makes you 77 - 10 more than me and everyone says I'm old.
