Cold rain doesn't sound as bad as "blistering heat". You never said I couldn't bring an umbrella and a coat along. Blistering heat though? Only but so much you can do to defend against that.
I don't mind the heat at all! Been to lot's of really hot places and enjoy it!
You have never been to a NATO black site. Those are fucking cool, as they are hot at the same time. When it rains, it does fucking p...
I hate the heat.
That's merely because you are weird, Mark.
Blistering heat....walk 10 feet, then go find some a.c.
Makes no difference, only a short walk from house to car and A/C and heater in both
The cold rain. I can always bundle up, but there's little I can do to escape blistering heat.
As long as I have a bottle of water on hand, I've no problem with blistering heat. The last time I hiked at Pinnacles National Park, it was 96 degrees and it was steep uphill. It was magnificent.
Of course at the end you get to go downhill through a cool dark cave, so that was a nice reward. Even without that I would've preferred that to shivering and being soaked.
Depends on how prepared I am for either and I've done both. If I have water I'd go with the heat. How long will I have to do this trek?
I'll take the blistering rain.
I have had enough of this nuclear fallout already.
Just something about walking in the rain and hopefully a good thunderstorm with it
