Ideally: an hour at the gym...also 2 hours of groc shopping.

I can't be hemmed in by rules...

Running my mouth and jumping to conclusions hehe smilie

Walking to the bus stop

1/2 hour walk around the neighborhood.

Some days, it's limited to getting out of the bed.

My idea of exercise is looking for the remote.

My concept would be that of the American Heart Association for a healthy young adult:

At least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days per week for a total of 150

OR
At least 25 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity at least 3 days per week for a total of 75 minutes; or a combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity.

But..Given the lazy human I am; I’ve tried it and failed miserably. My excuse is that I walk at least 3 km everyday and I don’t have time.

So what I do is the Seven minute workout daily.
