The High Court on Friday called Hassell’s “cab-rank rule” policy (which means a first-come, first-served policy) was “unlawful, irrational” and “discriminatory.” Do you agree? Why or why not?

I understand that different cultures and religions have different traditions and beliefs. This seems to me to be a highly divisive and contentious ruling in an already highly divided society, however. Methinks it won't bode well for the UK. (More info and another link in comment section.)
