not as often as I should. I used to live right near the ymca and went there every day. They closed so now my best exercise is at a hospital walk up 6 flights n 2 times use the top railings for standing push ups

I loved it I love walking when I was in town I could walk with my dog for hours, there are many interesting houses to see in bangor me . Now I am out in the bug filled country with so many cars flying by it is impossible to walk at all.
You would love my neighborhood, it's tree lined, and sidewalks, hardly any traffic....you could walk in the streets with your dog and you'd be safe.
I regularly walk for a bit more than 20 minutes per day.
