What's your definition of life?
Everything, without it I would be dead.
I suspect life is a force of nature not unlike gravity or electromagnetism. Give the right circumstances it acts upon molecules to suport development of complexity and reproductive functionality. But I really don't know.
The bit between birth and death-the latter lasting longer....
Better than the alternative.
Exactly the words I planned on using.
Life is nothing short of a miracle. Billions and billions of years of failures have produced countless living things, each precious, fragile, and incomprehensibly beautiful.
