Not nearly enough, but we all have to make certain compromises. Unfortunately, my weakness is small bladder, so when I'm up, I'm usually up for good.
4 hours is good for me.And it's even harder to sleep at the moment as I have shingles!
That's a miserable thing! Hope it subsides soon.
So do I.Its especially painful first thing until the meds kick in.
Better but not completely gone.
Eight hours most nights .... early to bed and very early to rise.
I have no choice with most of my classes and lectures starting at 7:30AM
6 most of the time but sometimes less..
4-5, if I'm lucky.
At this point I don't know if I've forgotten what it feels like to be well-rested, or if I'm one of the lucky few who don't need as much sleep.
