Which church? I go to three different congregations, but my homebase is Kazan in SF.

Is it ROCOR or OCA?

It’s a Carpathian church!)) I’ve been to one (St Nicholas) in San Anselmo. Both the priest and his wife are Rusyn.

Same. Quite similar to Russian fare!))

The only heritage of mine I embrace is American. While my grandparents all came from Russia over 120 years ago, I don't have a Russian flag. I don't celebrate any Russian holidays. (I don't even know of any)

I love all things Spanish and French, which represent the two major pieces of my heritage. I study the languages and the history, frequently visit the countries and my family who live there, and next year when I study abroad hopefully I can gain even more appreciation for where I cam from :)

That’s amazing. Looks like a history buff’s delight! Love how the dome overlooks the town.

By embracing it.
