Did you know that the Grey Cup has been around longer than the Super Bowl has?

The first Grey Cup was played on December 4, 1909, the most recent one was on November 25, 2018, and it was the 106th one. It was Ottawa Redblacks against the Calgary Stampeders, at the Commonwealth Stadium, in Edmontoh, . Score: 27 - 16 Calgary Stampeders.

Yeah-the Super Bowl only started to settle an argument over whether the NFL or AFL was better.They were still separate leagues when it first started i think.If I'm wrong I am sure I will be told.
Anyway Well done to the Patriots and I wish I'd just watched the 4th quarter.

I didn't know that. The NFL didn't even start until 1920. Now MLB is a different story. 1876 for baseball pro sports.

I did know. I've never cared much for either league though.
