I quit eat at McDonals, years ago.
Hmm, of the food items available at McDonald's, the ones with the least sugar are probably salt and pepper packets, and water.

I know I need to grow up, but I am not a salad person. When I was a kid, I watched something on TV that said that salad's aren't that good for you, plus some other factor(s).

Pretty much any of the burgers as long as you lay off the bread and ketchup. Meat and cheese at best have trace amounts. Less than the salads do. As far as drinks you're looking at pretty much unsweetened tea or water.
