I generally walk 4 or 5 miles every day, but I see no reason to run anywhere.
I think I've forgotten how to run. lol But I do enjoy walking.
I take a couple of walks each day. It helps to have my dog motivate me!

Swimmer. A lot of people have told me that I'm part fish.
Swimming is the best exercise of all. Both my sons are swimmers, one scuba dives.
I walk an average of 25000 steps a day which according to my health app is bout 10 miles. This does not include my time on the treadmill and other equipment at the gym

Oh better than I was. My liver is returning to normal. I still have to be monitored which stinks but on that illness I am making great progress
