Politically, yes. Economically, no.
NatSoc didn't have time to fail economically. It had converted hyperinflation into a stable economy, reduced unemployment, and created a robust middle class. The closest thing to it today is the "Nordic Model". The Nordic Model merged capitalism and socialism, and was largely sustainable provided that populations remained homogeneous. It is only now beginning to fail because of the massive influx of refugees that are changing core demographics.
That is a reality that neither the left nor the right wish to acknowledge. Why? Well, because the left (here) disagree with certain capitalistic freedoms allowed within the Nordic Model and absolutely refuse to admit that homogeneity, rather than diversity, is truly the strength of any nation. Meanwhile, the right discounts socialism entirely...while taking their tax deductions and collecting their SS checks.
