Right I noticed that a lot too.
I got to where, I just say hi and tell them my birthday.
I got a birthday card from my insurance company and I only told them my birthday once.
That was mighty kind of them
Yes it was.
I get asked every time I see him, now that I think about it I wonder if he's getting that CRAFT disease Cant Remember A Flipping Thing
Maybe that is what is wrong with mine
I've often wondered about that. Another thing I wonder about is..how do they know what the dr is actually prescribing..things that make you go hmmm..
A few years back I picked up a prescription and when I hot home I looked at it and it didnt seem right and I called and they said it was the right one, I wasnt convinced so I took it back and sure enough it wasnt the right prescription. You have to be careful any more.
I read some stories where people almost lost their lives over that kind of stuff. My doctor sends me with samples thankfully so I can compare.
Its scary that can happen
It really is. You have to be so careful any more
That's news to me. I can't remember a pharmacist ever asking my DOB. I think it's in the system.
CVS always asks but maybe it is the type of medication.
I used to use a local mom & pop pharmacy and they required ID even though they knew everyone. I had to show mine and my parents had to call saying I was coming to get it.
When I pick up a prescription, all I have to do is sign for it. I guess most of my information is already in their system.
I am kinda glad they do so someone doesn't run off with my meds
That's a good point.
