Ants wouldn't mind earthquakes since we walk past them all the time, amirite?

I don't think this is right. I'm not a seismologist or anything even closely related, but the impact of a human foot on the ground wouldn't be forceful enough to create any meaningful vibrations in the ground. An earthquake is when powerful vibrations are sent through the ground for miles from the epicenter.

And earth quake is below the surface though which is where ants live. We can possibly make enough force to damage the ground beneath us (assuming its sturdy enough to walk on) therefore an earthquake would do far more damage
