Or hear me out here. It's not because referencing child soldiers. And maybe they dress up as soldiers because someone they know and/or care about(I.e family members) are in the military and look up to them
It could very well be, I was thinking of the problem part in the original statement. I know kids dress up as people they respect/look up to.
