Language changes over time, not overnight. So not necessarily. Just because they spoke a different language doesn't mean there was a sharp change at some point, they might have all just spoken the same language in a different stage of its evolution.

Southern Britain would be the only exception, and I'm sure even some of them spoke various Celtic languages if you go back far enough.

@peko-ke Languages live close together, it's not uncommon to pick up the language of your neighbours

I didn't say it was in any way likely. But technically it's possible.

At least the last 6 generations have been at least bilingual
