It shouldn't be. Any healthy meal should also be done well.

The reason healthy food doesn't taste as good a lot of the time is because more work and skill needs to go into it to make it taste good.

With unhealthy food, just chuck some sugar or salt in it - she'll be right.

healthy and good tasting versions of almost every food exist

Healthy foods tend to be low in calories. Evolutionarily speaking, we evolved to seek out foods high in calories as it gives us the most reward for the invested energy. We crave foods high in sugars and fats because they are the most energy packed foods. These food types are rare in nature, typically mostly found in fruits which are seasonal and rot quickly, or nuts which are very energy consuming to find and forage for.
It's the abundance of these high energy foods that make them unhealthy. Technology and society has saturated our diet with these otherwise rare energy sources

Where do abs fit into evolution???? Do they help us survive or do we crave them for purly aesthetic reasons??.

A lot of junk food, arguably the tastiest foods, have very low calorie counts. As do fizzy drinks. They do have a lot of sugar though and artificial flavourings. If things tasted nice based on calories we would not eat much junk food

Although you did mention the sugars and fats so that part of my point isn't super relevant
