Leap years I guess, the person who made that post prolly made it on the 29th of Feb. Bec 29th of Feb only comes once every 4 years, not many are born on that day, thus bakeries wouldn't have to worry about bday cakes on that day. Lol, I don't think they'd be slow tho, because bakeries don't mainly rely on cake.
