Ideas for inventions not yet established but theorized to have the potential to help significantly reduce the National debt, are NOT taken seriously by the Government and SHOULD BE taken seriously by the Government, who SHOULD -- but DOES NOT want to -- help build and test the idea, if requested by the idealist and if a financial deal of 50/50 of the profit is offered by the idealist to the Government if the idea is established through the help by the Government. None of this is wrong or inaccurate, amirite?
