I find it incredibly sad that so many of today's young women aren't classy enough to be smart and strong while also being a lady and letting men be men. Fortunately, here in Texas, there are still gentlemen who open doors, etc. I've seen men just beam when I have thanked them for opening the door, letting me go ahead of them in line, etc.
