No, they both play an important part. Religion can spur on scientific study, to prove or dis-prove idealistic theories. Also, the general belief in a deity helps to give a society a moral compass, from which many good laws were formed, helping to build a stronger, more morally sound culture.

What you really mean is religion is more beneficial. Why don't you just say it instead of dancing around? One or the other must be the more unless you mean they are exactly 50/50 beneficial, amirite?

I don't dance. You can't compare apples to oranges with the philosophy you hold. One cannot be more or less when they're on different planes. Like saying food is more important than water, or vice versa. Both are important, though not equal. One is not greater than or less than.

real science and christianity do not conflict, what conflicts is modern day propaganda that claims to be science
