At times when life expectancy was much lower, people who died at 30 probably died in peace thinking that they have lived a long and full life. amirite?

Life expectancy for adults wasn't actually that low, it's just that infant mortality rates were so high they completely changed the life expectancy, if a person lived past about age 5 they had a good chance of making it to 60s/70s

I know a 30 year old who died who had lived a pretty full life. Perspective.
