Warrants for failed child support should be nationwide so that the failure for a parent, (mainly men), can't get away with it by simply moving to another State, renting a room in another's house and making money by going out and helping others in order to avoid arrest, detection, unemployment and reduced wages for child support, amirite?

I had a friend once who's ex was such a rat, he told her he'd rather be in jail than pay child support. He was a real jerk.

I would think universal child care would be easier and come before universal income

Agree and if they had multiple kids with multiple women.

When their jail time is figured out, add on an extra 5 years for each kid and woman.
